Payments for services are due as per agreed schedules.
Late payments may attract interest or additional charges.
All invoices are payable within the stipulated period unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information obtained during the engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment

The Company commits to adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Clients shall cooperate and comply with safety protocols during site visits or engagements.

6. Liability & Indemnity

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its services.
Clients shall indemnify the Company against claims resulting from their misuse or misapplication of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Company's methodologies, reports, or materials remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice, subject to contractual obligations.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing.
